As you know, because of job loss and health problems,
I was forced to file bankruptcy and possible foreclosure on my record. You
explained to me that a discount from the lender would need to be negotiated to
keep my property from going into foreclosure. Through your excellent and
successful efforts, you did indeed obtain that discount, and then bought the
property before the imminent foreclosure date, so that I was able to avoid the
foreclosure on my record. I really appreciate the way you both kept me informed
during the whole process, so I knew what was going on all the time and also
that you even joined me at the title company for the closing.

Just a little history; I had to file bankruptcy because of a health issue, and I couldn't work because of it.
So I fell behind on everything and looked into bankruptcy as a way to get the creditors off my back.
I paid the lawyer almost my last dollar and she promised me that everything would be sorted out.. man, did she take me for a ride. After everything went to the court, I had to pay the settlement amount AND all the other bills.. something the lawyer forgot to mention before she cashed my check!
Obviously I couldn't afford to pay the now higher monthly expenses and so the mortgage company got me kicked out of bankruptcy so they could foreclose on me.
Thankfully a buddy referred me to your team in time to make a difference. You guys didn't mess me around; you were very upfront and gave me much better advice for free than I got from the lawyer that I paid thousands to.
Your quick action and negotiation with the mortgage company got me out of a hell of a pickle. I am in a place I can afford now, and my stress level is way down.

Hey Ricky,
You were right... our situation did get much better!
Even though we have a Bankruptcy on our record, stopping and preventing the foreclosure has definitely helped with getting back on our feet. We just qualified for a new loan! Amazing... I didn't think I would be able to buy a new house for years.
It has been a tough journey... but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks again for your sage advice!
